Service Description
Wellness sessions are a great preventative resource for clients that are not currently in pain or experiencing symptoms related to an active issue. Wellness sessions are especially helpful for those who may have finished a round of formal physical therapy and need occasional tune-ups or guidance with their fitness goals. Your first session will include some functional testing, flexibility testing, and strength assessments for major muscle groups so we can customize a program for you. Subsequent sessions begin with a blend of mobility work and targeted strength training. Sessions conclude with a some general manual therapy, which may include stretching and soft-tissue work.
